his product is applicable to high-rise buildings, entertainment places and many construction projects requiring high quality and high safety in large cities with rated voltage of 0.6/1kv and below. In case of fire, it does not cut off the power supply, but also achieve the purpose of safety. It is mainly used for the power supply lines of fire elevator, fire pump, fire alarm, smoke exhaust system, emergency lighting, fire danger area, high-temperature occasions and facilities requiring special safety in the fire protection system. Main technical performance of yttw

conductor

The cable conductor is made of electrical round copper wire, and its structure and DC resistance shall comply with the provisions of GB / t3956

The surface of round copper single wire shall be free of wrinkles, cracks, burrs, inclusions and other defects harmful to use. Single line welding is allowed, but the distance between two adjacent welding points shall not be less than 300mm. The welding shall be firm, and the joint shall be polished and rounded. All kinds of stranded cores are not allowed to be welded

Insulation

The insulation is made of mica tape with excellent fire resistance and insulation performance, and the material performance meets the requirements of Appendix C of GB / t19666

Mica tape of 0.14mm ± 0.02mm shall be used to wrap the conductor evenly and tightly. The number of wrapping layers shall not be less than 4, and the coverage rate shall not be less than 45%

During production, the insulated wire core shall pass GB / t3048 9. The spark test of AC 50Hz and 10kV specified in the specification shall be used as the intermediate inspection. 

Cabling

When the conductor section of multi-core cable is less than 35mm2, alkali free glass fiber rope shall be used as cable filling

When the cross-section of multi-core cable conductor is greater than 35mm2, the conductor structure uses sector structure, in order to improve the roundness of the cable, reduce the outer diameter of the cable and save the material cost

After the cable is completed, wrap it with alkali free glass fiber tape

Copper sheath

The copper sheath shall be made of Tu grade oxygen free copper tape or T2 grade copper tape not lower than that specified in GB / t5231

This layer adopts argon arc welding to weld the joint, and the strength of the welded joint shall not be less than 80% of the base metal.

The average thickness of copper sheath shall not be less than that specified in the standard, and the thickness of the thinnest point of copper sheath shall not be less than 90% of the average thickness

Fire resistance

The fire resistance temperature shall not be lower than 750 ℃; Fire resistance time: 90 min; Power on voltage 8.7kv (measured 10kV); After the flame stops, the rated voltage of the cable shall be continuously applied for 15 minutes during cooling, and the insulation performance shall be intact

Withstand voltage test

The sample is a whole coil of cable. Apply the test voltage of 2500V for 1min without breakdown, and the boost speed is not greater than 150V / s

Jacket spark test

The test shall be conducted according to GB / t3048 10. The speed of the cable passing through the spark tester shall make the contact time between each point on the cable and the electrode not less than 0.1s, and the voltage applied to the electrode is AC voltage

Insulation resistance test

The test shall be conducted on the cable without extruded low smoke halogen-free jacket, and the insulation resistance measurement shall be completed within 8h after the cable is taken out of the water. In order to prevent moisture absorption of insulation, after the sheath is stripped off at the cable end to expose the conductor, a temporary seal shall be applied at the end. The insulation resistance of finished cable shall not be less than 500 M Ω• km
