This product is applicable to the frequency conversion control system with AC rated voltage of 0.6/1kv and below as power supply cable or electrical connection. The product has strong voltage impact resistance, can withstand the pulse voltage during frequency conversion, the cable has good shielding, effectively eliminates electromagnetic interference, reduces the noise of frequency conversion motor, and ensures the stable operation of the system. It is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical and other industries。

Product features and application:

This product is applicable to the frequency conversion control system with AC rated voltage of 0.6/1kv and below as power supply cable or electrical connection. Minimum ambient temperature for laying: the ambient temperature for laying silicone rubber insulated and fluoroplastic cables shall not be lower than - 40 ℃; Laying PVC sheathed cables shall not be lower than 0 ℃

Allowable bending radius of cable: the minimum bending radius of the cable is 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable

Main technical indicators

The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor shall comply with the provisions of GB / t3956

Insulation resistance of finished cable (20 ℃): fluoroplastic and silicone rubber insulation shall not be less than 100M Ω * km. PVC insulation shall not be less than 50 M Ω * km

The finished cable shall withstand AC 50Hz  No breakdown during 3.5kV / 5min voltage test.

Shielding layer transmission impedance  The transmission impedance of the cable is equal to or less than 100 Ω / m at 100MHz.  The ideal shielding suppression coefficient of the cable is equal to or less than 0.7.

The double-layer composite shielding makes the interference attenuation ratio up to 104, so as to ensure that any external interference will not affect the system

Composite shielding is adopted, which can resist electrostatic coupling, electromagnetic induction, electric wave, poor grounding and conducted interference of power line

The minimum allowable bending radius of the cable shall not be less than 15d (d-cable outer diameter, mm)

Symmetrical three core cable structure design has better transmission performance than four core cable.
