Working conditions of the product

The maximum rated working temperature of the conductor of XLPE insulated cable is 90 ℃, and the maximum rated working temperature of the conductor of PVC insulated cable is 70 ℃

When XLPE insulated cable is short circuited (the longest duration shall not exceed 5S), the maximum temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ℃; In case of short circuit of PVC insulated cable (the longest duration shall not exceed 5S), the maximum temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed 160 ℃

The minimum bending radius of the cable is 15 times of the cable diameter

The working voltage of the system shall not be greater than 1.1 times of the rated voltage of  the system

When AC system is used, the rated voltage of the cable shall be at least equal to the standard voltage of the system. When used in DC system, the nominal voltage of the system shall not be greater than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of the cable

Bunched combustion test: when the nominal section of the power core is 50mm2 or above, it meets the requirements of class a bunched combustion test; When the nominal section of the power core is less than 50mm2, it meets the requirements of class B bunched combustion test
