DC1500V DC power cable for urban rail transit


DC cable is a power cable used in DC transmission and distribution system. Except that the electrical characteristics of DC cable are different from that of AC cable, its structure is basically the same as that of AC cable. The DC transmission and distribution system is usually operated by two wires (positive and negative), so the DC cable is generally a single core cable. Because the conductor of DC cable has no skin effect and proximity effect, even if it transmits a large current, it is not necessary to adopt a complex split conductor structure. The insulation of DC cable can be the same as that of oil immersed paper insulated cable, solid extrusion polymer cable, self contained oil filled cable and air filled cable. Since the armor layer is not affected by conductor current, it is not necessary to consider the loss of armor layer and the measures to reduce the resistivity of armor layer.

Usage characteristics

Rated voltage Uo: 750V, 1500V

The allowable long-term working temperature of cable core is , 90 ℃, and the temperature during short circuit shall not exceed , 250 ℃ (short circuit time is 5S)

For XLPE insulated thermoplastic sheathed cables, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃ during laying

The minimum bending radius during cable installation shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable

The cable has anti ultraviolet and anti-aging performance, and the anti ultraviolet performance can fully meet the requirements of GB / T 14049 standard

The cable has flame retardancy up to GB / t18380 3-2001 requirements for class a of cable bundle combustion test: cable bundle combustion test: the maximum of carbonized part is ≤ 2.5m

The cable has halogen-free and low smoke characteristics and meets the requirements of GB / T 17560-1998 and GB / T 17651-1998; Cable combustion smoke density {transmittance ≥ 60%

The cable has excellent waterproof and moisture resistance and anti rat and ant biting performance

Cable radial water resistance test (15-30 ℃, 72h): the insulation layer has no water marks
