Rail transit cable is a new type of special wire and cable product category with the development of urban transportation. There are two kinds of rail transit cables: DC and AC. Rail transit cables for DC traction are generally single core 1500V, 750V and 300V, with armored and non armored types; The voltage grade of AC rail transit cable is 3.6/6kv-26/35kv, generally single core and three core。

Characteristics of the product:

Through reasonable structural design and selection of raw materials, rail transit cables have a variety of functions such as low smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant, waterproof, insect bite prevention and UV protection, so as to meet the special requirements for cable cleaning, environmental protection, flame retardant and other special requirements in crowded places and important facilities. Compared with similar technologies at home and abroad, it has the following characteristics

Copper core conductor is adopted, with low resistivity, good conductivity and excellent mechanical and physical properties.

XLPE insulation has excellent electrical and mechanical properties

It adopts a comprehensive waterproof layer structure, i.e. winding water stop belt, longitudinally wrapped aluminum-plastic composite belt (if necessary) and extruded polyethylene inner protective layer, which has excellent waterproof performance

It adopts winding high flame retardant tape, copper tape or steel tape armor (if necessary), which has good flame retardant and rat prevention functions

The weather resistant low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin material is used as the outer sheath of the cable, which has the properties of anti ultraviolet, flame retardant, non-toxic and low smoke

The products shall comply with GB / T 12706-2020 and GB / t19666-2019

Main performance indexes

The maximum temperature of cable conductor during normal operation is 90 ℃, and the maximum temperature during short circuit shall not exceed 250 ℃ (the maximum duration shall not exceed 5S)

Radial water resistance test of cable (15 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, 72h): there is no water mark on the insulating layer

Cable bundle combustion test: the longest distance of carbonized part is ≤ 2.5m

Halogen acid gas release during sheath material combustion ≤ 5mg / g

PH value of sheath material during combustion ≥ 4.3

Conductivity of sheath material during combustion ≤ 10 μ s/mm

Smoke density test during cable combustion: light transmittance ≥ 60%
